Easy Millefeuille with Raspberries

This recipe for easy mille feuille with raspberries can be prepared in just 10 minutes! A recipe for quick mille feuille that will reward you with a light and very tasty dessert.

In this particular recipe I use sour cream with 35% fat and fine and crispy butter galettes. If you can’t find butter galettes, you can use thin butter cookies, ready-made puff pastry base or puff pastry.

Recipe for Easy Millefeuille with Raspberries

Preparation time: 10 minutes

Recipe ingredients

  • 250 ml cream with 35% fat
  • 12 butter galettes
  • 3 cts of powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract or 1 tsp fresh vanilla
  • 250 g of fresh raspberries
  • extra powdered sugar for sprinkling

Execute Recipe

  1. Pour the cold cream directly from the refrigerator into the mixer bowl, add the powdered sugar and beat with the whisk at high speed until the cream begins to thicken and become whipped.
  2. Once the whipped cream has the consistency of yogurt and thickens, add the vanilla and then stop beating so it doesn’t curdle.
  3. Place the whipped cream in a pastry bag fitted with a cornet tip, pinch from the back and press lightly to remove the air.
  4. Place 1 butter cookie on a plate and surround it with raspberries and whipped cream.
  5. Fill the center of the millefeuille with raspberries with whipped cream and close with a second pat of butter.
  6. We repeat the above procedure for the second layer and at the end we close with a third cookie.
  7. Sprinkle some powdered sugar on top and serve the fastest and easiest Millefeuille with Raspberries.
  8. This dessert is perfect for the Christmas table and you can add your own decorations to give it a festive character.
  9. Personally to add some sparkle I chose gold pastry flakes!
