Recipe for Yogurt and Raspberries Mousse Bars

Ingredients for the mousse
- 1 can of sweetened milk
- 400 g whole yogurt
- 300 g frozen raspberries
- 6 sheets of gelatin
Materials for the base
- 120 g of all-purpose flour
- 100 g of cow’s butter
- 100 g oat flakes
- 50 g of honey
- 30 g of powdered sugar
Execute Recipe
- Preheat the oven to 175°C in the air.
- Spread 2 pieces of parchment paper crosswise in a 20×25 cm pan.
- Melt the butter and mix it first with the honey and then with all the other ingredients for the base.
- Pour the mixture into the pan and press with a spatula or with your hands to make it compact and spread evenly over the entire surface.
- Bake in the middle position of the oven for about 8-10 minutes, until it acquires a golden color.
- In a deep dish, add cold water and soak the gelatin leaves for a few minutes.
- At the same time, beat the raspberries together with the sweetened milk in a blender.
- We take 100 ml of the mixture, heat it slightly in a saucepan or in the microwave and stir it in to melt the gelatin sheets, after we have first squeezed them well to remove the excess water.
- Return the hot mixture to the blender, add the yogurt and beat for a while longer.
- Pour the yogurt mousse over the oat base and put the dessert in the fridge for 3-4 hours, until it stabilizes.
- Remove the dessert from the pan, carefully lifting the greaseproof paper and with the help of a large spatula, place it on a plate. If it is difficult for you, you can skip this step and cut the cake inside the pan.
- With a peeler we easily and quickly prepare chocolate flakes and spread them on top of the yogurt mousse with raspberries.
- Cut the Yogurt and Raspberries Mousse Bars into small pieces and keep them for 4-5 days in the refrigerator.
