Bun pudding is a very easy dessert that goes perfectly with afternoon coffee, in the company of friends. Especially if we add our favorite hazelnut praline, the result takes off!

Recipe for Pudding with Chureki and Praline
Recipe ingredients
- 6-8 slices of bun
- 3 eggs
- 100 g of sugar
- 500 ml fresh whole milk
- hazelnut praline
Execute Recipe
- In a large bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar until dissolved.
- Add the milk and mix.
- Cut the bun into thin slices. Spread the hazelnut praline on the halves and close like a sandwich with the rest.
- Cut each bun sandwich in half and place the pieces in a Pyrex.
- Pour the egg mixture into the Pyrex and leave it for 30 minutes so that most of the bun is absorbed.
- Preheat the oven to 160 °C fan and bake for 40 minutes.
- Increase the oven to 175 °C and bake for another 10-15 minutes, depending on the Pyrex we use and its height.
- Once cooked, let it cool a little for 10-15 minutes and then serve.
