Puff pastry rolls with Praline and Mascarpone

This recipe for sweet puff pastry rolls is very easy and with a guaranteed result. Personally, I like the combination of hazelnut praline and mascarpone, but everyone can add their own favorite ingredients, such as nuts or shredded coconut.

If you have a puff pastry in the freezer and praline or chocolate in the kitchen, you can quickly prepare this delicious dessert!

Recipe for Puff Pastry Rolls with Praline and Mascarpone

Preparation time: 30 minutes
Portions: 10-12 pieces

Recipe ingredients

  • 1 sheet of puff pastry
  • 1 package of mascarpone or cream cheese
  • hazelnut praline
  • powdered sugar

Execute Recipe

  1. We open the sheet of puff pastry on the kitchen counter.
  2. First spread a layer of the mascarpone over the entire surface of the dough and a layer of the praline on top. Leave the dough “clean” by 2 fingers on one side to close the roll well.
  3. We roll the puff pastry tightly into a roll and cut it with a sharp knife, without teeth, into rolls.
  4. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 °C for 20-25 minutes, until the puff pastry gets a nice color.
  5. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and enjoy the most delicious puff pastry rolls with praline and mascarpone!
