Recipe ingredients

  • 1 large country sausage
  • 6 eggs
  • 250 g baby spinach leaves
  • 200 g of acorn tomatoes
  • gruyere
  • olive oil
  • salt
  • pepper

Execute Recipe

  1. Cut the sausage into slices and sauté it in a non-stick pan, suitable for the oven, with a little olive oil until it gets colored on all sides.
  2. At the same time, wash the cherry tomatoes and cut them in half.
  3. Once the sausage is cooked, add the cherry tomatoes and saute for 1 minute.
  4. Put the spinach leaves in the pan and stir for a few minutes until well wilted.
  5. Add a little olive oil and break the eggs into the pan and cook them for 5 minutes.
  6. Sprinkle a little salt and pepper on the eggs and place a few gruyere skins on them.
  7. Place the pan in a preheated oven at 180°C and bake for 5 minutes, until the eggs are cooked and the cheese is melted.
  8. If the pan is not suitable for an oven, then transfer the sausages with the tomatoes and spinach to a tray and add the eggs and cheese there and then place it in the oven.
