Recipe for Sausages with Eggs and Spinach

Recipe ingredients
- 1 large country sausage
- 6 eggs
- 250 g baby spinach leaves
- 200 g of acorn tomatoes
- gruyere
- olive oil
- salt
- pepper
Execute Recipe
- Cut the sausage into slices and sauté it in a non-stick pan, suitable for the oven, with a little olive oil until it gets colored on all sides.
- At the same time, wash the cherry tomatoes and cut them in half.
- Once the sausage is cooked, add the cherry tomatoes and saute for 1 minute.
- Put the spinach leaves in the pan and stir for a few minutes until well wilted.
- Add a little olive oil and break the eggs into the pan and cook them for 5 minutes.
- Sprinkle a little salt and pepper on the eggs and place a few gruyere skins on them.
- Place the pan in a preheated oven at 180°C and bake for 5 minutes, until the eggs are cooked and the cheese is melted.
- If the pan is not suitable for an oven, then transfer the sausages with the tomatoes and spinach to a tray and add the eggs and cheese there and then place it in the oven.
