Recipe for Fish Kidney with Mushrooms

Recipe ingredients
- 2 pieces of briske
- 500 g of white mushrooms
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 dry onion
- 1 tbsp fresh thyme
- 1 handful of parsley
- 3-4 tbsp. olive oil
- salt
- pepper
Execute Recipe
- Clean the mushrooms and cut them into slices or quarters if they are relatively small.
- Chop the onion and mash the garlic cloves.
- Wash the parsley, dry it with absorbent kitchen paper and chop it finely.
- Heat a pan at a medium to high temperature, add the olive oil and saute the two pieces of brisket well until they get colored on all sides.
- We cook the brisket whole so that it remains juicy and does not dry out.
- Add the mushrooms, onion, garlic to the pan with the brisket and saute for 3 minutes.
- Deglaze the pork fillet with the wine, wait 2 minutes and add the thyme, salt and pepper.
- Mix lightly and simmer the brisket with the lid closed for 15 minutes at medium temperature.
- At the end, add the chopped parsley to the brisket with mushrooms, mix and serve.
