  • 660 g minced meat from black angus shoulder
  • 3 brioche buns
  • 6 slices of cheddar cheese
  • Mayonnaise
  • Mustard
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Execute Recipe

  1. Place the cast iron plate inside the bbq, turn it on and close the lid so that it heats up well.
  2. At the same time, we prepare the patties for the burgers.
  3. Place the black angus beef mince in a large bowl, add salt, pepper and knead lightly.
  4. Divide the minced meat into 6 equal balls and with the help of the burger press make 6 uniform patties.
  5. The ideal size for a classic burger is the medium one of 140 grams, but when we make a double burger we choose the thinner one of 110 grams.
  6. Once the barbecue is well heated, toast the buns for a while so that they acquire that wonderful aroma.
  7. Then we place the burgers on the plate and in 1 minute we turn them on the other side. Because they are thin they don’t take long and we want to keep them juicy.
  8. Place a slice of cheddar on top of each patty and bake for another 1 minute.
  9. Place one burger on top of the other to form 3 burgers next to each other, close the lid of the bbq and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  10. At the same time, spread some mayonnaise on the underside of the buns.
  11. Once the burgers are ready and the cheeses have melted, place each double burger on the buns.
  12. Add some mustard and close with the other half of the bun.
  13. We serve the most delicious and juicy black angus burgers with fries.
  14. We squeeze them lightly and of course we enjoy them with our hands!
