This is the easiest recipe for Chicken Sausage and Broccoli Pasta! I use village sausage made from delicious Pindos mountain chickens, gluten-free which stands out with its special and authentic taste. This Chicken and Broccoli Sausage Spaghetti is a very quick and delicious recipe, with distinct aromas that the whole family will love!
Recipe for Spaghetti with Chicken Sausage and Broccoli
Preparation time: 30 minutes

Recipe ingredients
- 500 g farfalle or other pasta
- 250 gr Pindos village sausage made from fresh chicken
- 200 g of broccoli
- 1 medium dry onion
- 1 clove of garlic
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 25 g of butter
- 90 g grated parmesan
- salt
- pepper
- zest of 1 lemon
Execute Recipe
- Heat plenty of water in a large pot.
- Once the water boils, add a little salt and add the pasta.
- Boil the pasta according to the manufacturer’s instructions on the package.
- Cut the broccoli into small pieces and add it to the pot with the spaghetti 4 minutes before the time required.
- At the same time, heat a large and deep non-stick pan on a medium to high temperature.
- Chop the onion and mash the garlic clove.
- Add the olive oil, butter, chopped onion and garlic to the hot pan and saute for 2 minutes.
- Cut the village Pindos chicken sausage into slices, add it to the pan and lightly season with salt and pepper.
- Brown the sausage for about 3 minutes on each side until it takes on color.
- Strain the pasta with the broccoli and reserve 150 ml of the boiling water.
- Pour the pasta with the broccoli into the pan with the sausages, add the parmesan, 150ml of water and mix well. If the pan is not very large, use a large pot instead of the pan and mix the spaghetti with the sausage and the rest of the ingredients there.
- Serve the Macaroni with Chicken Sausage and add some lemon zest and grated Parmesan on top. The lemon gives a freshness to this recipe and I highly recommend it!
