The recipe for lamb in the oven is very classic but it has a few little secrets that can make the difference! The most important thing is to choose a very good piece of lamb because the raw material is the best basis for a successful recipe.
I personally choose small lamb legs which are one of the most tender parts of the lamb and combined with the right aromas, you too can make the most delicious lamb in the oven! You can of course choose a large leg or other part of the lamb.
