Chevre Goat Cheese Recipe with Forest Fruits

Recipe ingredients

  • 1 piece of French Chevre 2 cm thick
  • Strawberries
  • Blackberries
  • Gooseberry
  • Blueberries
  • Olive oil
  • Pepper

Execute Recipe

  1. Remove the chevre from the refrigerator 1 hour before serving to allow it to come to room temperature, soften and release its aromas.
  2. Wash the fruits well and gently wipe them with kitchen paper to remove excess water.
  3. Cut the stem off the strawberries and cut them in half.
  4. On a large plate, place the goat cheese in the middle.
  5. Around the chevre, add strawberries, blackberries, gooseberries and blueberries.
  6. Pour a little olive oil on top and finish the dish with some freshly ground pepper.
  7. We accompany the Goat’s Cheese with Forest Fruits and cool Provence drink
