Chevre Goat Cheese Recipe with Forest Fruits

Recipe ingredients
- 1 piece of French Chevre 2 cm thick
- Strawberries
- Blackberries
- Gooseberry
- Blueberries
- Olive oil
- Pepper
Execute Recipe
- Remove the chevre from the refrigerator 1 hour before serving to allow it to come to room temperature, soften and release its aromas.
- Wash the fruits well and gently wipe them with kitchen paper to remove excess water.
- Cut the stem off the strawberries and cut them in half.
- On a large plate, place the goat cheese in the middle.
- Around the chevre, add strawberries, blackberries, gooseberries and blueberries.
- Pour a little olive oil on top and finish the dish with some freshly ground pepper.
