This Quick Avocado Tuna Tartare recipe is one of my favorites, especially in the summer. I love raw concoctions because they are cool, light and take very little time to prepare.
The secret is in the choice of raw materials and especially in the tuna fillet, which must be very fresh and suitable for eating raw. It is important to have a fisherman you trust for these situations.
