Execute Recipe

  1. First, clean the fish, brush it lightly with a little olive oil and salt it. It doesn’t need a lot of salt because soy is also salty, so you need to be careful.
  2. Cut the broccoli into slices, brush it with a little olive oil and add salt and pepper.
  3. Heat the barbecue well and place the grouper collar, skin side down, and the broccoli on the adjacent burner.
  4. We adjust the intensity of the BBQ to the middle for the fish and a little lower the burner where we have the broccoli.
  5. Grill the grouper with the lid closed for 10-12 minutes, depending on the thickness of the piece, then turn it over.
  6. At the same time, turn the broccoli to cook on the other side as well.
  7. In 10 minutes we look at the grouper to see if it is cooked on the other side as well as on the inside and remove it together with the broccoli from the barbeque.
  8. While baking, cut our vegetables and prepare the sauce.
  9. First, chop the chili and spring onion.
  10. In a bowl, mix the soy with the honey, the juice from half a lime, a little spring onion and the sesame.
  11. Tip: for a better result, lightly roast the sesame in a pan without letting it take on a strong color and become bitter.
  12. Once the fish is ready, glaze it with a brush with a little sauce.
  13. We serve the Grilled Sturgeon Collar with Asian Flavor on a large platter.
  14. Next to it, add the roasted broccoli, the sauce in a bowl and at the end add coriander leaves, fresh chili and fresh onion.
  15. This particular recipe for grouper is enjoyed with chopsticks, where we cut small pieces of the fish and dip them in the sauce!
