Recipe for Grilled Tuna Fillet

Recipe ingredients
- 300 g tuna fillet 1-2 cm thick
- 1/2 ripe avocado
- 10th gr. Cherry tomatoes
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- salt
- pepper
Execute Recipe
- Heat a grill to a high temperature.
- Brush the fresh tuna fillet with 1/2 tbsp. olive oil on all sides.
- Add salt and pepper, place the tuna fillet on a plate, and set aside.
- Wash the cherry tomatoes and cut them in half or quarters.
- Peel the avocado and cut half into small cubes.
- In a bowl, add the cherry tomatoes, avocado, chopped parsley, the remaining olive oil, lemon juice, and a little salt and mix lightly.
- Place the tuna fillet on the hot grill and cook for about 2 minutes on each side, so that it does not dry out and remains juicy in the center.
- Remove the grilled tuna fillet from the pan and cut it in half to serve.
- Place the 2 pieces of the baked tuna fillet on a plate and serve the tomato and avocado salad around it. At the end, we add some freshly ground pepper on top.
- The fresh tuna in the pan is ready to enjoy!
