Grilled Tuna Fillet

The recipe for grilled tuna fillet is very easy and everyone can prepare it in just a few minutes. Recipe for Grilled Tuna Fillet

Recipe ingredients

  • 300 g tuna fillet 1-2 cm thick
  • 1/2 ripe avocado
  • 10th gr. Cherry tomatoes
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • salt
  • pepper

Execute Recipe

  1. Heat a grill to a high temperature.
  2. Brush the fresh tuna fillet with 1/2 tbsp. olive oil on all sides.
  3. Add salt and pepper, place the tuna fillet on a plate, and set aside.
  4. Wash the cherry tomatoes and cut them in half or quarters.
  5. Peel the avocado and cut half into small cubes.
  6. In a bowl, add the cherry tomatoes, avocado, chopped parsley, the remaining olive oil, lemon juice, and a little salt and mix lightly.
  7. Place the tuna fillet on the hot grill and cook for about 2 minutes on each side, so that it does not dry out and remains juicy in the center.
  8. Remove the grilled tuna fillet from the pan and cut it in half to serve.
  9. Place the 2 pieces of the baked tuna fillet on a plate and serve the tomato and avocado salad around it. At the end, we add some freshly ground pepper on top.
  10. The fresh tuna in the pan is ready to enjoy!
