This recipe for Noodles Stir Fry with Beef and Asian Mushrooms is very easy and you can prepare it at home in just a few minutes!
In this recipe for Noodles I have chosen beef but you can remove it or replace it with your own favorite ingredients such as chicken or shrimp.
Recipe for Noodles Stir Fry with Beef and Asian Mushrooms

Recipe ingredients
- 2 packets of noodles
- 150 g of ground beef
- 100 g Shimeji white mushrooms
- 4 fresh shiitake mushrooms
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 piece of fresh ginger
- 2 spring onions
- 1/2 red chili
- A few basil leaves
- Oil
- 3 cups of soy
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp mirin
- 2 tbsp Brown sugar
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
Execute Recipe
- Grate the ginger and garlic on a fine grater and chop the spring onions and chili into slices.
- In a bowl, mix the soy, oyster sauce, mirin, brown sugar and rice vinegar.
- With a sharp knife, clean the Shimeji mushrooms by cutting a little off their base.
- Then cut the shiitake mushrooms and the beef into thin slices.
- Heat enough water in a pot and boil the noodles for 3 minutes or as long as the manufacturer states on their packaging.
- Strain the noodles and cool them under running water.
- It is important to have all the ingredients ready for the stir fry as the final stage only needs 3 minutes of cooking.
- Heat a wok or a large and deep frying pan well.
- Add 2 tbsp of oil and add the melted garlic, ginger and beef.
- Stir vigorously for 1 minute over high heat, then add the mushrooms and stir for another minute.
- Then add the noodles along with the soy mixture and cook for another 3 minutes.
- Remove the noodles with beef and Asian mushrooms from the wok and serve them with spring onion.
- At the end, we add to each dish a few leaves of basil for freshness and optionally some chili.
