Baguette with Roast Turkey

Turkey from the holiday table. With this leftover turkey we prepare the following recipe for Roasted Turkey Baguettes!

Recipe for Baguette with Roast Turkey

Recipe ingredients

  • 2 small individual baguettes
  • 100 g grated mozzarella
  • 4-6 spoons of mustard
  • 150-200 g roast turkey breast

Baguette with Roast Turkey

Execute Recipe

  1. With a sharp knife, score the baguettes lengthwise.
  2. Cut the roast turkey left over from Christmas into small cubes to fill the baguettes.
  3. Spread some mustard on each baguette and put some cheese on top.
  4. Then add the turkey pieces, a little extra mustard and finish with plenty of mozzarella on top.
  5. Place the baguettes with the roasted turkey on a baking tray lined with greaseproof paper and bake in a preheated oven at 200 °C in the air for about 15 minutes, until the cheese melts and the baguette becomes crispy.
  6. The hot turkey sandwich is ready and served with a green salad.
