Recipe for Baguette with Roast Turkey

Recipe ingredients
- 2 small individual baguettes
- 100 g grated mozzarella
- 4-6 spoons of mustard
- 150-200 g roast turkey breast
Execute Recipe
- With a sharp knife, score the baguettes lengthwise.
- Cut the roast turkey left over from Christmas into small cubes to fill the baguettes.
- Spread some mustard on each baguette and put some cheese on top.
- Then add the turkey pieces, a little extra mustard and finish with plenty of mozzarella on top.
- Place the baguettes with the roasted turkey on a baking tray lined with greaseproof paper and bake in a preheated oven at 200 °C in the air for about 15 minutes, until the cheese melts and the baguette becomes crispy.
- The hot turkey sandwich is ready and served with a green salad.
