Light Cheesecake with Mango

This recipe for Light Mango Cheesecake can be prepared in just a few minutes, with yogurt and the fruits of your choice. I choose the mango which has an exotic aroma and goes well with the acidity from the yogurt.

Recipe for Light Cheesecake with Mango

Recipe ingredients

  • 2 yogurts
  • 1 ripe mango
  • 3 low-fat digestive biscuits
  • 1 lime
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 fresh vanilla (optional)

Execute Recipe

  1. Empty the yogurts into a large container, add the honey and vanilla, a little lime juice and mix well.
  2. Crush the digestives and divide the crumbs into 2 bowls or glasses.
  3. On top of the biscuit, add the yogurt cream with honey.
  4. Clean the mango and cut it into cubes.
  5. Add the mango cubes on top of the sweet yogurt.
  6. Serve the Lightest Mango Cheesecake with a little lime zest.
