Recipe for Oven Roasted Peaches with Vanilla Ice Cream

Recipe ingredients
- 1 peach
- 2 cubes of butter
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- Vanilla ice cream to serve
Execute Recipe
- Wash the peach well and cut it in half with a knife.
- Carefully remove half of it and the pit from the other half.
- Place the two halves of the peach in a small pyrex with their inside facing up.
- In a small bowl, mix the brown sugar together with the cinnamon.
- Separate the sugar and cinnamon mixture and sprinkle it over the peaches.
- To each peach, in the hollow from the pit, add 1 small cube of butter about the size of 1 ctg.
- Bake the peaches in the oven at 190 °C in the air for about 10-12 minutes, until we get a nice caramel inside.
- Remove the baked peaches from the oven and let them cool for 5 minutes.
- Serve the baked peaches in the oven with vanilla ice cream on top and pour the caramel that has been poured into the Pyrex we baked them in.
