Chicken ribs

This recipe for Chicken Ribs is one of my favorites and a very easy solution for weekdays when we don’t have much time to cook. The result is aromatic and juicy Chicken Ribs.

Recipe for Chicken Ribs

Recipe ingredients

  • 1 chicken cut into ribs
  • 2 tbsp salt
  • 1 tbsp pepper
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp sweet paprika
  • 1 tbsp turmeric
  • 1 tbsp oregano

Execute Recipe

It is important that the chicken ribs are not too small, so they don’t dry out, so we ask our butcher to cut them into larger pieces. I personally remove the skin for a lighter effect but we can keep it for deliciousness.

  1. In a small bowl mix all the spices well.
  2. Place the chicken ribs in a large dish and sprinkle the spice mixture on top.
  3. Wear gloves and mix the chicken ribs well so that they are evenly coated with the spices.
  4. Grill on the barbecue for 10 minutes on each side or on the grill in the oven for 8-10 on each side. If you bake them in the oven, place them on a rack in a high position and place a pan with a little water underneath to avoid dirtying the oven.
  5. Alternatively, place them in a tray and bake them in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 25-30 minutes, until they are golden brown and cooked inside.
  6. Serve the chicken ribs warm with a little mustard.
